Large back deck for grilling with a fully fenced and gated back yard and two car drive under carport. Room to park boat or rv. Spacious parking for 6 vehicles. The beach house has easy access to Cotton Bayou wiith a shared dock and convenient access to the Gulf beach, shopping, restaurants and marinas along Perdido Beach Blvd. The house sleeps 12 comfortably but has room to sleep additional depending on adults and children.
