Orange Beach House! Great location! Our four bedroom/2 full bath and 2 1/2 bath room, Beach House with easy access to Cotton Bayou and the Gulf Beach. Located off Perdido Beach Blvd., Sleeps 12 comfortably additional sleeping options available.
Orange Beach House! This is our vacation home but we share it with others. It's five bedrooms and 2 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms, Large front porch on Cotton Bayou. Large back deck for grilling with a fully fenced and gated back yard and two car drive under carport. The beach house has easy access to Cotton Bayou wiith a shared dock and convenient access to the Gulf beach, shopping, restaurants and marinas along Perdido Beach Blvd. The house sleeps 12 comfortably but has room to sleep additional depending on adults and children.
Large laundry room with full size washer and dryer provided.
Two car covered parking and additional uncovered parking for 6 vehicles.
Furnished kitchen with new stainless appliances including a wine cooler. Gas and charcoal grills outside. Smart televisions and high speed internet provided throughout the house. High speed Wifi provided throughout the house with easy access.
We are just beginning to share this house in September 2019. Monthly and long-term 6 to 12 month rental preferred. Short term rentals available.
The house is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd. Public Beach access is a short walk down the drive way. Ample parking is available in a large driveway and private drive under carport and fully fenced back yard.
The home is located in a private area on a street with two neighbors along Cotton Bayou. The boat launch and dock is a convenient to the house.

Cancellation Policy
50% refund of short term rentals 60 days or less when canceled in writing 30 days prior to your stay.
Reservations secured six months or greater from reservation date require a $500 nonrefundable deposit
Monthly long term rentals 30 days or greater require a $500 nonrefundable deposit when reserved 6 months or greater in advance.
Refund of rental monies less $500 nonrefundable deposit of monthly rentals 60 days or greater, when canceled in writing 60 days prior to your stay.
Deposit Policy
$555 reservation deposit required. $55 for damage insurance policy.

"Gorgeous"
This home is beautiful. It had enough space for our entire family and we really enjoyed being close to cotton Bayou and able to walk to the beach. We spent time at Zeke‘s Marina which was a great view of fish. Enjoyed eating at Wolf Bay Lodge and the Gulf! The beach is across the street but there is a crosswalk Down the street. We actually enjoyed the bay as much as the beach.
