We have enjoyed our stay so much but we have grandkids to see and sporting events to go to to see them play in so we will be leaving on the 29th. Thank you for a great place. Loved view, stocked kitchen, very clean condo, quiet complex and covered parking.

We had a great time in room 201! The location of the condo and in relation to the beach is fantastic! The room had everything we needed! It was very clean and we were well-pleased. Guest, in unit 211, is my good friend so being able to book rooms so close was great!

Fantastic property, beautiful beach. Centrally located, close to shopping and entertainment. Was unbelievably peaceful in both the condo and the beach. For me a huge benefit was designated parking.

Great location 50 feet from sandy beach. We loved the balcony most. Mornings were beautiful! Close to shopping, arcades and much more. Modern, clean and low noise. We loved it. Rented through Airbnb but owner rents by owner too.

"Hurricane spoiled our stay"

The hurricane cut our stay short but Tina gave us a credit to come again and we will be back once roof is complete and they reopen for guests. We love it here!

We’ve stayed at Tina’s for the last 3 years. This year we got. 3 bedroom. It was nice and we enjoyed it. Love the convenience of Seascapes location. We’re just steps from the beach or pool. Condos are well stocked.

We stay 10 days and it’s nice to have covered parking. Next year for sure!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Sea Scape. Cozy condo with everything we needed. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time on the beach. My parents were able to watch the beach from the balcony. Very affordable and owner provided nice supply of linens and paper products. We’ll be back hopefully next year.

"Amazing Location"

AMAZING location! Beach is literally at your door step and you are less than 5 min away from major stores and tons of restaurants, without the busyness of a large hotel. The apartment is clean and the 7 of us had a great 7 days and no issue at all. The apartment has a side entrance to the huge balcony to place your beach and pool stuff to avoid the hassle of getting the apartment floors and furniture dirty. Everything works well and the full complex is not that busy. The pool is better than what it looks, the kids had a great time there as well. And the communication with Tina is fast and easy. Great place to rent. Totally recommended!!!!

Tina was great to work with. I stayed for work and had basically a private place. Most of the owners had left for the coming season. It was easy to enter and very safe and secure. Covered parking and short stairs are a bonus. Great view.
This complex I am told was built in the early 80s but is well kept and convenient to the beach.

We really enjoyed Orange Beach and the condo location was perfect. We were right on the beach but the prices were affordable. They have a few condos and this one has a great view right by the boardwalk.

My wife and kids loved Seascape. We stayed in 211 and are scheduled to return to stay in 201. This was perfect for the kids on the beach. It was not crowded and the short boardwalk was easy. We tried the Dolphin cruise and ate at several great restaurants. You cannot go wrong with Orange Beach. We recommend you stay on the beach or adjacent to the beach. You do not want to stay across the street and cross the Perdido Beach Road. #loveseascape

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape Orange Beach. This is a great time to be on the beach. The weather was mild. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and relaxing in the afternoon sun; walking on the beach and cooking outside. Our grandson visited and loved it. We kept the doors open and felt great! Love it here!

This condo is the best value! It is a short walk to the sand down a great boardwalk. The place is quiet and peaceful and clean. We loved the balcony and even extended our stay. There was nothing I would change. Thank you for sharing your place.

"Affordable and comfortable beach front"

This condo is exactly what is described. It sits on the beach just a short walk to the boardwalk. We say the Blue Angels and enjoyed walking a short distance to the pool or the beach. The condo is large with three bedrooms. It is an older complex that is well maintained and less crowded. We have two small children and it was a great fit for us. Thank you Tina for telling us about this condo. We will come back.

Our family enjoyed Orange Beach. Thank you for the gifts. That was a treat for the kids. They had a great time. Even with the houses in front of this side of Seascape, the view is good and the distance to the beach is perfect. We could never afford to be right on the beach but we felt like we were on the beach. It is a perfect location for the price.
