We enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed condo. The condo is exactly as pictured. Close to beach and ease of access. Great balcony and view. Comfortable seating throughout. Accommodated our family well! Best view in the complex!

Seascape is a hidden place off the path with great views and beach access is more private. We loved the condo and beach. Eat at Zekes recommended by the owner. We also drove to GTs on canal road. Great views on the bay side. Loved Orange Beach!

The location was great and the condo was extremely clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a great mother, daughter, and friends trip. On a sidenote, the owner found my daughters monogrammed towel and mailed it back to us free of charge. We hope to come back again soon!

I booked through Airbnb, but will book Direct in the future. Airbnb charged a lot. In addition to what the owner actually charges. I didn’t know at the time. The condo is clean, newly remodeled, and very nice for our family. We had a large group, and it was very accommodating. The view is great, and the beach is right here! All we needed! Will be back!!

"Easy Parking Great Location"

The condo was great. Very clean. Parking was assigned which made it so easy. Location is great. Quick walk to the beach.

The owner of this condo is super. She has the kitchen well stocked abd the place was very clean and fresh. The view from the balcony is great and close to beach. We had a nice stay and recommend Seascape and Gulf Shores Orange Beach.

Great location 50 feet from sandy beach. We loved the balcony most. Mornings were beautiful! Close to shopping, arcades and much more. Modern, clean and low noise. We loved it. Rented through Airbnb but owner rents by owner too.

I’ve been staying at Seascape for several years and I will be back. Clean, new furniture and very comfortable. Owner works well with guests and helps even with wifi and cable. All the amenities of a luxury complex without the price. Very affordable beach view!

I recommend the cond. it’s well kept and stocked. Would prefer King bed but the beds were good. We especially enjoyed the beach location. April in Orange Beach was pleasant not too warm or cool. No parking fee was nice too. We normally stay at Phoenix and will come back to Seascape.

Our children e joyed their first trip to the beach. The condo is close to the beach helping our trip. We enjoyed the condo and all the things we could do with young children in Orange Beach. We hope to make this an annual vacation.

The host communicates very well. I would definitely rent from her again. The condo is exactly like it is described and well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the beach very much. The location is simply perfect. The condo had everything we needed. We brought our own beach supplies, of course. Everything was very clean. The tile floors make for perfect each living. The balcony is simply awesome. I can’t say enough about this property. Will definitely come back and enjoy building Sandcastles in the Sand!

Condo is nice and location is central. We ate out since the crowds are mild in fall. Temperature was warm and everything was enjoyable. We rode bikes on the back country trail. Would love bike racks by the covered parking so we could leave our bikes off car rack.

Condo was clean with everything we needed. Bring your own beach towels but that’s mentioned on booking site. Beach chairs are for rent. We just brought our own and stored by parking. Manager was very responsive when another guest parked in our reserved parking place. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s beautiful condo and very spacious. Rent chairs on the beach for ease. We had everything we needed. The parking is tight under the condo but we had two parking spaces. We enjoyed the dolphin jet ski ride and seafood at the Tacky Jacks. The beach is not crowded. The area is crowded for dinner and traffic is high but to be expected. We will be back.

We are home! I won a vacation to the beach in a raffle and we weren’t going to get to go until Aug-Oct however, something opened up this week so we got to go! We had a great time and were so excited because we would not have gotten to take a vacation otherwise! Baye saw a dolphin fin on Thursday (the only day we could get in the ocean) and thought it was a shark and took off to the sand!! It took some convincing to get her back in the water.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for Fall Break. My husband and I plus our 2 sons--19 and 14--had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms included 4 bunks so we could have invited extra guests to go with us. My kids were glad to each have their own bedroom. We loved the extra-long balcony. Although there are a couple houses between this condo and the beach, there was still a lovely view of the ocean from anywhere on the balcony and from inside the condo. I always splurge at the beach and rent chairs, and we could see our reserved chairs from the balcony. Although we walked through a path on the dunes to get to the beach, there was a boardwalk at the far end of the condo that we could have used. My son enjoyed playing with a boogie board that we found on the balcony. There were more than enough towels for the four of us for our 5 day stay. Even though my 14 year old son takes interminably long showers, we never ran out of hot water. We played in the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. This condo is in easy walking distance to a Souvenir City, and we walked across the street to Bubba's Seafood for dinner one night. It is also in easy driving distance to many restaurants and shops. One chilly morning, we explored the small but interesting Alabama's Gulf Coast Zoo. Beauiful views, spacious condo, excellent communication, great price!

"Memorial Day"

The condo was perfect for a medium sized group to enjoy the beach on the weekend before Memorial Day (a great time to visit Orange Beach), and Tina was very communicative and accommodating. The condo is close to the beach and other attractions.

We absolutely enjoyed the place. Proximity to ocean was amazing. The beds werent the most comfortable but were manageable. Overall the place was everything we needed for our stay.

This place has easy, convenient access to a beautiful beach. The indoor/outdoor pool is a nice addition when the weather prohibits using the beach. Our unit was first of all, clean. The decor was adorable and relaxing. We felt safe and comfortable. The simple floor layout made a great use of the space. We enjoyed local restaurants and the book of suggestions in the kitchen. It is nearby the state park, kid's activities, water craft rentals, fishing, golf, hiking, bike trails, shops, grocery stores, retail and nature. We will be back.
